Blocked my account while i was out of the office leaving my staff with no way of checking bookings, all over one missed payment no warnings no emails to say they were doing it just blocked me at the worst possible time. After speaking to them was assured they would unblock me they never did leaving my staff blind for 3 days. Overhall there support is terrible they are very slow in fixing any bugs never take any responsibility for things going wrong. Many other products out there for less money with better support dont waste your time and money
