I ordered an annual sub in July - first box wasn't shipped until late Sept after I emailed them about 10 times! Then she got another box in Nov and then cancelled and now tells me they won't refund my money but she will get ALL the boxes - yea, well, they shipped one last week but it was the same box as the previous one! I've been emailing them and they keep saying the same thing - that by the "terms of agreement' they can't refund me. However, when I signed up, there were NO terms of agreement so when I asked for it, they put something together... Anyway, just dispute your credit card and do it soon!
