Took my car here last spring to get the control arms fixed. They fixed the control arms and the guy at the front told me I may hear a clinking sound which is "totally normal and not anything to worry about". Me, knowing nothing about cars, trusted him. Which I now realize was incredibly stupid of me. Anyways, fast forward to today when I took my car to a different body shop to get my AC looked at. They told me I had a loose ball joint caused by whoever fixed my control arms. Apparently this was so dangerous that they fixed it for FREE because they didn't want me driving around on it. If you're thinking of wasting your money here think again. The people who work here are either so cruel they don't think twice about manipulating and lying to customers, or they are so incompetent that they don't know a loose ball joint is pretty significant.
