The item I was supposed to receive was wrong - ordered a tunic length Hallmark Christmas top and received an ironed on Grinch waist length top... no refund or replacement as there was no replies to my requests.
I contacted them about a refund and they refunded for 2 of 3 items not sent within a short timeline then told me they sent the 3rd item. I will have to track how long it takes and what the quality of the material is on this sweatshirt. I remember that this particular one was supposed to be 100% cotton.

No further tracking info for 3 items not included in package.
"Sweatshirt" that arrived was 95% polyester/5% spandex with iron on picture but material was supposed to be 60-100% cotton. I was very careful about looking at the material on the items I ordered to make sure they were mostly if not 100% cotton so not as described.
Website does not say it is in China-did not realize until package arrived.
Need to look for reviews before ordering online.
I have even had similar issue with material of shirt from an Amazon order that also ended up coming from China and was not what was described.
Lessons learned -- too expensive to trust online purchases.

Only received the 2nd item on the list of 4 about 7 weeks after placing the order and it was not of the quality material described on Kylielike website. It was a Christmas item so it has not been used since it arrived Jan 13th.
