We are due to travel this week and as soon as our flights were cancelled 10 days ago we have been trying to contact them. I have emailed numerous times with no reply. I have done online reviews that are obviously not great and you get a quick response promising contact but nothing still. This morning I eventually managed to get on the live chat function, but guess what theres nothing live about it. Nearly 2 hours later and all I have been told is they are looking at my booking... it's a 3 night hotel only, nothing complex about it... we will now be contacting our credit card company to try and get our money back. No telephone line to contact them unless you want to book a holiday... Don't do it, take your business to somewhere that has customer service
