5 years ago, due to front gate being a 3rd party vendor, promised to never order again. Broke my own promise. Ordered a framed wall map 10/10. Still don't have it. Tracking info was wrong, called customer service 4x, was told someone would be in touch, no call back, finally put in touch with the shipper. Was told it would be another week. Hopefully. I own a business. The company is set up to not give transparent answers or make their website user friendly so you don't have to call them. Buyers beware.
