Ordered set of 6 amaryllis blooms - beautiful, high quality, was very pleased with the product I received. And I was pleasantly surprised when the boxes arrived BEFORE the projected arrival date - even at a busy time of the year (Thanksgiving week). Customer service was VERY helpful when I called to change my order from 1 box to 2.
I wrote to Frontgate to complain about my three wall mount hose brackets breaking. Heard nothing back from them. Now I buy a wall hose from Giraffe tools where they have great customer service. Frontgate charges so much for their products And they are inferior.
The mat looked beautiful on their website!
However, after less than a month, it starred shedding so much that I have to vacuum it every day and it's not as beautiful as it was when I received it!
Actually, at this point, I hate it and I regret buying it from Front Gate!
I would definitely not recommend buying this product from Front Gate!

After just a 2 seasons, noticed rusty water dripping from them. Contacted Frontgate, their only help was to further purchase more, useless color glue. Tried them again, same result. Contacted Frontgate, once again no help. My wife, weighs maybe 140, I 175, but seldom used them. For what they cost a total rip off, and very poorly made, no rust proof steel. See pictures
I recently bought a bed from Frontgate and to tell you the truth, I had the worst experience of my life. First of all, it took them a long time to deliver the bed, finally when the bed arrived all they did was bring the bed inside and its package unwrap the package and leave everything in my bedroom. I called the company and asked them. Why were they not setting up the bed and taking the old one? They proceeded to tell me that that was part of the job. I could not believe it even rooms to go and all the other stores come into your house set up the bed take the old one and hold the garbage out. I am a 64-year-old woman who lives alone I had to come in that night after work to take the old part haul it outside and build a new bed. For an expensive company this is unacceptable. I know it's a beautiful magazine and I've always loved it but to tell you the truth this is the last time I ever buy anything from them. When I called them and asked to speak to a supervisor the guy said he was a supervisor, then I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was a manager, so I finally gave up and did the job myself. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Ordered a custom sign with our address to display out front. Took over 3 months to get it. And guess what. Once the package came... It was empty inside! There was NOTHING! I have been in communication with customer support for almost 2 months now... with no help whatsoever. Hope my Credit Card company will give me the money back now.
First I would like to say: going to the screen to purchase was difficult, I had a blank screen in front of me. I ordered the pineapple hurricane lanterns gift wrapped and I received them,
But they were not gift wrapped and I thought I had ordered two flameless candles, but received two regular candles. I also wanted the small pineapple hurricanes, but my fault, I ordered the medium. I would like to send the candles and the hurricanes back---do I call Fed Ex to pick up the merchandise? I tthink I will call---I think it will be easier for everybody.

5 years ago, due to front gate being a 3rd party vendor, promised to never order again. Broke my own promise. Ordered a framed wall map 10/10. Still don't have it. Tracking info was wrong, called customer service 4x, was told someone would be in touch, no call back, finally put in touch with the shipper. Was told it would be another week. Hopefully. I own a business. The company is set up to not give transparent answers or make their website user friendly so you don't have to call them. Buyers beware.

Terrible internal processes. My identity information was sent to someone else. No one was willing to do anything. If I want my correct order I now have to wait over a month. Worst customer service ever. All the ratings are correct. Frontgate will be forced out of business because of management policies.

Purchased some furniture on 5/15 that said it would ship in 3 weeks. Over 2 months later I haven't received my furniture. Frontgate keeps telling me that there are supply issues or it is at this warehouse but needs to be somewhere else…
Would've bought furniture elsewhere had I known it would take over 9 weeks for anything to arrive.

I ordered the Resort Plush Robe. It was certainly not the quality I expected for a pricey plush robe. I gave it to my 19 year old daughter and she seems happy. But the robe was not plush, nor was it "resort" quality. It was thin and the kind of robe that makes me wonder what it will be like once I put it in the laundry.
I have on 3 difference occasions order outside products showing a shipping date and then they come back with delays, 1,2,3 months or never get the product in.
I don't suggest you bother order from Frontgate.

My delivery was 2 months late and customer service was just lip service all around. They don't care about their customers at all. The worst online shopping experience I ever experienced.
I asked for a FULL refund because after two months of waiting, I still haven't received anything and the delivery company NEVER picks up or responds to emails.

I spent 30-45 minutes on the phone ordering a table, chairs, and matching cushions. They assured me everything was in stock and I'd get it before a big party I was having in 2 months. 3-4 months later I received the table and 2 chairs. Come to find out, after spending $8000 plus the 4 chairs I ordered were not actually ordered. But they sent me their cushions! So now they tell me for the chairs I need to pay an additional $2500. I begrudgingly pay the money and they send the chairs. And they are the wrong Fing color. I've had nothing but incompetence and lies from this company.
We purchased a storage bin for the pillows that are part of the outdoor furniture. The photo on the catalog shows the same pillows we purchased sitting in the bin, ready to be stored. They don't fit in the bin! After six years, the top of the webbing disintegrated. All of our throw pillows were destroyed. What was their response? "You have a one-year guarantee." Who buys outdoor furniture that disintegrates in six years? I had Molla furniture that lasted 30 years. We will NEVER again purchase anything from Frontgate. Nice catalog. So what? Horrible furniture and abhorrent customer service.

I ordered a bunch of items from Frontgate. When they ordered them, the website said all were available and ready to ship. That was the whole reason I ordered them, wanted them immediately. The next day I get an email saying everything was actually shipping in two weeks. I canceled my entire order. Received email confirmation everything was cancelled. Two weeks later, a couple of the items were shipped and I was charged $1,000. I called them and they explained they couldn't refund my credit card until they received the items back in their warehouse. I explained this was THEIR error and that was unacceptable. Then they screwed up for a week trying to get the items picked up. Still arguing with them to refund my credit card. Absolutely awful company who I will never order from again.
Ordered one item, received different item. Customer service was evasive and confusing. They refused to arrange pickup of the item being returned. I have to pay shipping to return it plus they wanted to charge me additional shipping to send the correct item. Promotions appear to be bait and switch. That's enough for me.

Horrible customer service, used big coupon to cover shipping. Returned it and they charged me back the shipping both ways for a total of 124.00 for a 400.00 purchase. It was a cushion that weighed 3 lbs.

I purchased 2 sofas after moving into a new home and waited FOUR months for furniture. During that time the arrival date got pushed back FIVE times. While that was frustrating enough. Today I got a CANCELLATION email.
Unsubscribing from their spam requires entering an email address, but I can't see anyplace to enter the email address. On returns, by the time one pays the shipping both ways, one gets very little money back.
Only four season and a Broken Leg on Isola Lounge Chair. They currently claim that they have a 10 year frame warranty saying that the quality is so good. I say that their $699.00 Chair and customer service is crap. Offered me 10% off another chair the first time and a $50.00 discount after dealing with the second PRODUCT SPECIALIST. Do Not Buy

Many years ago, Frontgate was an Uber- high end catalog. Years ago I bought a shower head that still provides the ultimate shower experience. Over 15 years ago, a stainless steel dish rack crafted in Italy still as good looking and functional as it was then. Fast forward to present(2023). The catalog is filled with low-end junk. It's not the Lillian Vernon catalog, but heading in that direction. The last things I purchased had to be returned or simply failed and didn't get returned. There are some decent quality products but you need to search. Descriptions are flowery but products fail to deliver. Worse, when they offer a discount, putting in additional codes voids the discount.ie: free shipping offer is only attainable if you void the discount. An item on sale goes back to original msrp. And their shipping charges are outrageous. $32. To ship a solar path light UPS ground. In their own shipping section they state $29. Gets you next day shipping. This kind of egregious sales tactic is so far from the Frontgate I once knew. I will need to say goodbye.

Ordered doormat May 3,2021 and original delivery Was scheduled for May 13-19. After assuming going to get, was notify 7 days later it's delayed to end of May 24-31,2021. Now given date of June 13-21. They aren't reliable and who knows if I won't get another email stating someday... Maybe if you're lucky! They need to be honest and up front instead of wasting consumer time and not give product delivered as promised when you first order!
