I bought tickets in August to see Van Morrison at Caesar's Palace. Thought I was buying through the Caesar's Palace site but unbeknownst to me was redirected. I bought the 4 tickets I needed, my card was charges and I received a confirmation email saying the tickets would be emailed to me. 2 months later-no tickets, so I call them. They said my order was never processed. I told them I was charged and got the confirmation letter. They said they would check into it. I called back the next day and everything was good to go. The tickets would be released 48 hours prior to the event. I called January 4,10 days before the event, asking if the tickets could be released to me any sooner because I was flying to Vegas the day of the release. He looks up my order and says I do not have the tickets I thought I had and they had issued a refund in September (NOT!) and if they had why in Oct and Nov when I called was I told my order was good. Then they said they tried numerous times to contact me via phone and email (AGAIN THEY DID NOT). So now 10 days prior to the show with airline tickets and a condo paid for I have trip to Vegas but no show to go to. Worse is I called my credit card and they have no evidence the refund was pending. I'll have to start a dispute with my credit card company when all I wanted was to go to see Van Morrison.
