Had my bridesmaids order their dresses from here. Followed their recommendation to do custom sizing for each person. They requested several measurements and then after my girls purchased, a follow up email was sent requesting MORE measurements. You would think with all of this information my friends dresses would fit, but you would be WRONG. They contacted the company and were told there was no time to have the items shipped back to them to be altered and that they would have to find someone local to alter the dresses and they would reimburse up to 40% the cost of the dress. Well, alterations cost more than the total cost of the dress, so that was not going to work. Their next offer, ship back to China for $35 shipping for them to fix (somehow there is now time to do this) and then $35 to ship it back from China. Yeah right! Their final offer, pay $50 for another dress. Now in what world would anyone pay any additional money to this company after all of this? Absolutely horrible customer service and no possible resolution for my friends who purchased these dresses. Steer clear of this "business" at all costs.
