I placed an order on 1 July from www.mugsandbeyond.com for two watches and 4 necklaces. Apparently all items are shipped separately as they ship from different warehouses. To this date I have only received the two watches - which are very bad quality. The two watches arrived at the beginning of October.
I have attempted to contact the shop many times - via the website, Facebook and email. It took them more than a month to respond to my first email. In this email they provided a tracking number which simply said that the parcel has arrived in South Africa. From what I can understand there should have been at least two tracking numbers for the different parcels.
It is now 12 December and I still have not heard one word of where my necklaces which I have ordered are. It is as though my emails and Facebook messages are ignored.
There are no customer reviews on the website or on Facebook. I did air my grievances as a comment on their site as well - this comment was simply deleted.
Long story short, avoid buying from Mugs & Beyond.
