Having to retype my credit card number all over again because I entered something wrong was kind of annoying.
The worst book purchasing experience I have ever had! Never received my book and after waiting for over 2 weeks for delivery from a place that was only 3 hours from me, and falling behind in the class I needed the book for, I ended up ordering it from another site. Biblio said they would reach out to the vendor, but never got back to me after I sent several emails. THEY ARE A SCAM through and through. Also the tracking/order number they gave me was nonexistent when I entered it into the USPS tracking site.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM BIBLIO!!! Instead try Vitalsource, eCampus, Chegg.
