My wife bought a bridesmaid dress and used the custom measure feature. After getting taped and sending in the measurements, the dress we got was way too small. No issue we thought, as we call the company and asked for a replacement. They wanted another 50 bucks from us (which we needed to pay as she is in the wedding) and then we never saw another dress! This is a disgusting excuse for a company, never work with them. Terrible QA, terrible lying customer service.
