I supposedly have already received my order. Cdw already took the fund from me. The items have not been processed yet.
I called them and they told everything is ready and the items are in stock. I feel hopeless.

I chatted with the customer service. They said everything is ok and items are in stock. So for no reason they keep delaying to process my order.
Comparing with pizzahut, it's very expensive for the same pizza. A large pizza with a drink costs about $*******@pizzahut. But it costs $35+ for the same pizza@gino's pizzaria. Furthermore, gino's pizza tastes not as good as pizza hut. Hawaii pizza without pineapples. Cheese is not visible.
Extremely bad company. Mishandling package, delayed 5 times, no tracking update for 3 weeks. As other customers complainted, their internal staffs steal the packages since nobody can access their warehouse storage. LaserShip is supposed to be the last mile shipping carrier. Normal delivery time should be within a couple of days. Not three weeks!
This is not a real company. Most likely this is a fake company or running a scam! Beware!

This is a carrier service used by the vendor TEMU. But this carrier is malfunctioning. My package got delayed 3 times so far and I still have no tracking info (where-about of my package).
They do not provide departure-arrival scan tracking information.
If you contact them, they will provide a new delivery date to keep the package alive. Otherwise, the customer can request a refund or claim lost.
