I had ordered an area rug online from Walmart on April 29th. I received an email that the rug shipped May 4th and would arrive May 11th, plus was provided a tracking number. UPS never received the item to ship, although the tracking number is still active. Placed a call to Walmart and requested the order to be canceled. It wasn't and I was told I would receive an email confirming my request. Called Walmart again the next day. Was told that I needed to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 15+ minutes. I finally hung up. Such a disappointment. I'm not a huge Walmart shopper, but I have shopped them online occasionally without too many problems. However, after this escapade I'm finished with Walmart.
