Went to the site, found what I needed. Easy to order. Good price. Arrived a couple days earlier than originally predicted.
Ordering was easy. But when the package, containing only a face mask, arrived in Thailand Customs it was seized. CPAP machines & all associated equipment are restricted. Requires a registered import company, an import handler, FDA approval & a doctor's prescription to bring even a face mask or air hose into Thailand. Sending it back requires a product export license and a registered export company! Bottom line I just lost my money!
I bought a Resmed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP and a mask which 1800CPAP shipped to Japan. The shipping was via FedEx and very quick, customer service including communication was excellent. Items were well packed as well. My friend(he recommended 1800CPAP to me) also purchased a mask and had it shipped to Japan quickly without any issues.
Based on my experience I will be using 1800CPAP again.

I have been really frustrated dealing with DME providers and insurance for my CPAP supplies. I was long overdue for some filters and a new nose pillow for my Dreamstation 2. I did not know I could order those things directly until I found 1 800 CPAP. I ordered what I needed and had it in hand within 3-4 days as described and in OEM packaging. I will be using them for all of my CPAP needs in the future. Happy customer!
Ordered a replacement nasal pillow for my husband. Customer service via chat was excellent; I sent a picture of my replacement part and they responded right away and verified the part I ordered would fit my husband's CPAP equipment. Also, received second confirmation where the agent called me back (I opted for call back additionally from the online chat). The part was reasonably priced, however the express shipping costed more than the part (they offer free shipping, but the need was urgent). All in all, thank you 1800CPAP, so glad you're there because Apria healthcare sucks big time!

Clunky, hard-to-use user interface for making payments. Seems like they're really pushing to have payments made via PayPal. Some of us prefer not to use that payment platform.
I ordered two of the 6-month cartridges for my so clean machine, and what I received didn't look anything like the photo or prior cartridges that I have purchased. I don't even notice the scent that I used to notice after cleaning, so I'm not sure if these new cartridges are even working.

Say you get a 99 dollar mask that is a new style and you get it, you have not idea if it will fit until you open the package.
Well, you just bought a piece of plastic which you can throw in the trash for 99 dollars.
They should have something like 50 percent off another mask at least.

The medical codes and store information provided were not accepted by BC/BS and BC/BS claimed the company did not respond to inquiries for verification. Claim was never paid for replacement CPAP.

I really needed a new hose & also a new provider...Korrine K was so helpful & gave me options. I got a wonderful 7 foot hose. Not the standard 6 foot. Just what I needed! I will be getting a new machine very soon. Thank you. I'll be back.

Your need to use UPS for delivery is understood, but it puts you at a disadvantage to Amazon. However, your merchandise is of much better quality, so I will just have to allow more lead time to my orders.
It's easy to find what I need, the items are shipped quickly, in perfect condition and accurately. Plus the prices are fair.
These guy are wonderful. I went to visit my Dr last week and they were a topic of many. There is another company that begins with an m that we talked about. I am all for your company even if you dont accept insurance. I know that you do not lie to your customers and when you ship something its all business not like the other that sits on the order for a week eventually getting to it.
