I placed a very large order and never received it. The package was sent by USPS and was lost. I contacted Godiva **multiple** times and never received any help other than to contact them at a specific future date for a refund if the package has not appeared.

The USPS was more helpful actually trying to trace the package for me. The USPS assured me it was lost, yet Godiva would still not issue my refund until the future date.

I emailed Godiva on that date since I still have not received my package requesting my refund. No response. I email them again only to receive a very unfriendly email saying I have to sign an affadavit that I have not received the package (they can see on the tracking that I haven't) and that they will be "watching" the USPS tracking in the future to verify if I ever receive this package so they can bill me. Unbelievable! They said they will in the meantime submit an insurance claim to refund me.

Terrible customer service! I already have 5 or 6 of their wigs and toppers so am shocked they don't take better care of their customers. Lesson learned!

Hello Chez, I sincerely apologize for the negative experience of your package being lost in the mail, and understand your frustration. This order shipped on 4/6/23 and per our shipping policy listed on our website, orders take 5-10 business days for delivery from the date the order ships. In my responses to all of your emails, I explained that if your package does not arrive by the 10th business day, we will gladly either reship your order or issue a full refund. I have been monitoring the tracking of this package and since your order was not delivered on 4/20/23, the 10th business day - as promised, I issued a full refund to you. I appreciate your willingness to submit the affidavit of non-receipt of the package for our shipping carrier since this was a very expensive order. We would like to make this right for you in hopes that you will give us another chance. I would like to invite you to call (877)567-9447 M-F between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm PST and ask for Shannon so that we may discuss this situation and work towards earning back your trust. Thank you.
