I have been with Sprint for 6 years and never experienced the type of service I have today. I have been on the phone for 3 hours to try and restore service and pay my bill. They just transfer you from person to person with no clear direction of what is to happen. You can't get a superior on the phone because they are also dealing with calls. It's unacceptable and this has been the worse since the merged with T Mobile. Making a payment has never been this hard or restoring service. I will not be spending money with this Company any longer. I suggest you do not either.
