Rating the ordering process adds no value to customers...want to rate product based on how quickly it is received and after using the product
Ordering for my sister's dog who can get out of controls quickly.
When I saw ad with many great reviews and pictures showing lights with 7 bulbs, I looked around for some other reviews. Didn't find any but seems others like me experienced the same thing. Claim of 90 day returns but No packing list, phone number goes to recording with no chance to leave message. Product worked for 1 day. Clearly not a reputable business.
