“Buckle broke, strap loosened, no pull doesn't work”

Expensive non working harness. I have a German Shepard and she slipped out several times because the harness loosened. The plastic part of the buckle broke. The "no pulling" doesn't work at all, she could care less. The hook for that should be in the front.
Waste of money!

Tip for consumers:
I had this harness for a year and I didn’t want to deal with it anymore until the buckle broke on top of not working as promised.
That’s when I decided to write a review.
I also contacted customer service via email and never had a response.
