I am making sure to write reviews all over. I need my fellow people to not purchase the wrong policy. In fact to not use the wrong company. Seeing how many negative reviews of this company there are should be eye opening to them. Or they just dont care! Progressive has the snapshot program that may help drivers save money based on your driving habbits. They now use an app on your smart phone that does NOT know when you're driving. Many times I've been negatively impacted by others driving when I ride along with someone. Not every single time but quite a few impacts have happened to me because of phone use. I never use my phone while I drive. In fact I religiously refuse to. So the fact I have dings on my record for 60% of the drive being on my phone is crap. Not happy and would not recommend this to anyone. I will not do business with progressive EVER again. My family and friends will be hearing about this. Absolutely ridiculous. And when you reach out concerning this they told me "it can tell when you are and are not driving". Clearly not. I personally would fire my entire team of directors with how ashamed I would be to run this company. This feels like absolute robbery
