I have made by mistake a error with the name on the booking, It was meant to be on the booking ryusei and I wrote riusey, ok that was my mistake but when I have asked last minute to make a change I have been told that it would be 30 extra charge... No worries that was my mistake, I said ok, next day receive new message saying it would be 30+ 25, my answer was ok no problem next day received other email saying like the 1st mail that it would be 30 euro... It has been like that everyday for 3 weeks now, they can't find me any solution knowing that we only need to change 2 letters on the booking but anyway it seems too hard, they make me call the airline company saying that I had to change the name myself, so I called to find out that I can't change the name myself that it has to be last minute.com to do so,
After now 3 weeks of trying to change those 2 letters and the flight to come very soon, I have decided to let know people about this scam and buy myself a new tickets straight from the airline and never use last-minute.com again
