I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter. My daughter does not post reviews however, as her mother, I will not let this be unsaid or heard.
My daughter works at different medical facilities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, one being locked in Springtown, TX. While in the Springtown area she frequently visits a boutique called "That's So Fetch". With Christmas only being days away, my daughter stops by the boutique to grab some last minute gift items, as she has done many times before. Out of sole respect for my daughter, I will not go into the details here however, I do plan to speak directly with the store owner when she is back from her vacation, on Monday and describe the incident in detail to her.
What I will say is, the mere fact the retail clerk at this boutique could be so disrespectful based on her appearance, is nothing less than this employee being prejudice, oppression and downright disgusting.
Perhaps the store owner should hold an mandatory employee meeting on customer service and diversity
In hopes of reducing retail racism and body shaming.
Discrimination is a human rights violation and abuse. And it needs to be heard and addressed, even in small businesses.
