Watch out once you log into your account. I am learning the hard way one day into my subscription. All those bells and whistles that most hosts include with hosting and actually looks like part of your new account already? Don't click to install unless you want an extra bill! Apps you may see once you log into your hosting account such as the website builder look like they are already yours to use and do not mention a fee, but if you click they WILL charge you! I found out only because the email account included is only for storage and I was calling to cancel. As it is now, the basic email offers no way to create and send an email unless you pay more! Any company who tricks their own customers like that does not deserve to be in business. Oh yeah, I am already getting spam trying to entice me to add even more!
I may be a customer now, but only to keep my domain I am not a happy customer, and definitely not a loyal one! As soon as enough time has passed to move my domain, I am out of there! Keep the change and lose my number!

Tip for consumers:
It would have been nice to know what was not free even though sitting in my account as though it was already part of the package. In short, stop deceiving people. If you treat customers right, they will be loyal, but when you try to trick them into adding more cost like this, then customers will leave as soon as they see an open window!

If they screw up your order, they provide ZERO customer service. DO NOT TRUST Rue21 to send what you ordered! They scammed me out of my money, and never shipped product I ordered. Instead, they sent a pack of HUGE 40DD bras (super ugly plaid ones)
The customer service phone number on my $292.72 receipt offering customer service has a recording stating that they NO LONGER PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICER by phone! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT THAT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR!

Tip for consumers:
Do not offer a customer service number only to provide a recording stating no more phone customer service! Send products that have been PAID FOR! Shopping should not feel like a gamble on whether we will receive what we paid for or not.

WORST customer service ever. They don't care one whit about you. Just try to cancel a service......
