Response Time is slow. Bad system for sending out orders. Scamming customers through service terms..
Tip for consumers:
The public needs to know before making purchases on these random websites, to find out how they are rated with the pubic. They have a very low rating for a company that suppose to promote pride.
Products used:
I contacted Melaninful to change the size of an order. Than I was informed by Tashard at Melaninful that the system could not recognized my.address. This happened several times. This prompted me to cancel the order. I received an email acknowledging this at 12:14a today. Than at 6:20a, I'm told about some term that the item can't be cancelled over 24 hours. Note, Tashard at Melaninful could not get the system to recognize my shipping address.
