We ordered a dress for an event on May 4th, with an arrival date of April 28th to May 1st.
I hadn't received updates in a week and reached out, 3x to get a confirmation on the arrival date. I reiterated that the Prom was May 4th and the arrival date was guaranteed between 4/28 and May 1st. After my 3rd email, they replied "Your dress will arrive sometime between the 8th and 15th!" As if they had disregarded the event date. Communication is extremly poor, I have no idea about the qualify but they don't follow through on arrival dates, with special event dresses, this is an important piece.
This company is based out of China, not the UK as is indicated on their website.
