It's a shame the shoes were cute, however the all round customer service was the worst ever. The customer manager Ruby was rude, unhelpful with the return. The shoes run small and shipping for exchanges and or refunds are at your own cost. You will also pay for shipping again when you reorder. When I talked to Ruby about previous rude customer service, not an apology at all. Obviously her customer service skill are no better. Warning don't order fri

Horrible customer service. Manager Ruby hung up on me and never apologized for anything.

Products used:
Dream shoes. They were too small so I asked if I could exchange them and they made me pay to ship them back and said I can order again and pay shipping on a new pair as well.
