Worst customer service ever. Ordered a gift card on December 1st. December 17th, and the card still hasn't been shipped yet. Needed it for a birthday gift on the 20th. Called customer service, after a 1.5 hour wait, rep told me that he had no idea why the card wasn't yet shipped and apologized. Offered to cancel the order and refund the cost since there would be no way it would be delivered in time for the 20th. I was fine with this solution. The next morning i I noticed that the order was not cancelled and no refund issued tried to call back, 3 hour wait. Used the online chat. The new agent informed me that the othet agent was wrong and no refunds are issued for gift cards. I questioned why, since the item wasn't shipped yet, she said it's our policy". I then questioned "why did the other agent offer a cancellation and shouldn't the honourable business practice be to follow through on what was promised?" All she did was give me their 1800 number that had the 3 hour wait. Brutal, simply brutal customer service.
