When the tension spring broke on one of my garage doors I reached out the Dunwoody Door Lift Company. From the first contact with Ken to the end of the job with Sean the service was superb! Sean contacted me when in route arriving within the stated time. Once Sean was on-site he explained everything he was doing plus asked several times if I had any questions. Before leaving he explained the warranty, plus advised my options should/when the motors start giving me an issue. Sean knows his craft and excellent at customer service.
