Booked a ticket KL to Manila, cheapest option on skyscanner was K&F. After booking and paying I was informed that the ticket issuance procedure was in progress. My itinerary arrived 6 hours before my flight is due to depart, taking much longer than the 48 hours they assured me in their email. There was also no option to add luggage so I'm having to organise this at the airport and I'm guessing it will incur additional fees.
The only saving grace was the customer service who did reply to my emails but could only really tell me to be patient and that they'd keep me in the loop. If you want a smooth flight booking service, in my opinion, I'd suggest you pay a little higher and avoid Kiss & Fly.
