This company borders on the fraudulent. They will promise certain services for a specific cost and assure you there will be no more fees. This is untrue. We are using another company and are unable to get our domain released in spite of just renewing it for 5 years. Dexmedia released it for no charge but Design Proficient won't release unless we pay 299.00$. I can not encourage anyone enough to check this company out with the BBB. They have an F rating with multiple complaints.
