Thievery. That pretty much sums it up. Crappy, awful-junk quality. They refuse to offer refund unless I spend $50 to ship the crap back. The bag isn't worth that, nor did I pay that much for it. The color is off, the pocket seam is crappy, and the leather is questionable, but they would rather get a bad review than make the customer happy. So here it is.
Invoices dated 09/30/2019 but not emailed to me until 11/05/2019. This is constant. None of the invoices have any vehicle information on them... it's like random invoicing. Of course I don't pay them unless they are correct, I guess they think everyone out here dealing with them are stupid. Useless.

There is an invoice with detailed vehicle information sent to your shop each month about a week before the end of the month.
