“Poor service and will not refund even after I paid for the Return”

If I could do a minus on this company I would. The quality is poor and even though I followed their instructions on my return they will not refund for the two cheap purses I sent back to them. I am out of the money I spent! Do not order anything from this company! You can see the bag they came in all smashed together!

Tip for consumers:
They advertised as American made but are out out China! They are not honorable.

Products used:
Purse and clutch. Returned the other two but got no refund on them!
