I had ordered a birthstone Aqua marine for my fiancee for his up coming birthday, we loved it right size, went on with out any problems, a hour later he started bleeding underthe ring he took it off the ring caused him to have a hole in his finger, I tried to contact customer serviceconly to get told oh it was the wrong ring size you ordered when it was the correct size, the problem was they never finished it from the inside we took it to a jewlers they said it jad all sharp pieces inside the ring and that they been in business over 40 plus years and never seen a ring like that rough and sharp in the inside I contacted them and they blocked me from ever going on there site, they blocked my iep address, so I contacted PayPal put a claim in Feb 23 2022 only to go in the favor of the seller, so what is buyers protection if they believed the seller
