What a joke! Why pay or offer a "guarantee delivery" when you receive a random email saying - sorry not going to happen cuz we're busy, but here's a video! Plus, you'll love the product if you ever receive it, LOL.
Just mail the product out express…something they don't consider I guess. Of course I don't have any pictures to offer since I don't have the items.
