Bed bath beyond is not without its issues to survive todays economy. As a result, they are allowing 3rd party vendors to sell on their site. What they did not express to customers is they take no responsibility for the transaction. In case of an issue they refer you to the vendor, the vendor takes no responsibility after the item ships, the shipper takes no responsibility after delivered. I ordered some hangers on their website to be shipped by a company called JUVALE. I did not receive the order. Not sure what happened. (If everyone is telling the truth I can imagine porch pirates). However I am out my $$. Juvale told pay pal that order was delivered. So no resolution there. Said they had confirmation that order was delivered. FedEx says that order was delivered. Bed bath beyond told me that I should buy an outdoor camera. While every one holds their ground I am out 40.00. Beware doing business with BED BATH BEYOND. I went on their web site to attempt to post a review about my experience and they refuse to post it because it did not meet their criteria.I have added a confidential screen shot of their response.

Purchased for daughter subscription service was included. Upon receipt of camera my daughter completed own subscription. I cancelled future billing of 49.99. They continue to charge me alto I have proof there is on one camera. Have tried to cancel, efforts are unsuccessful. Going to shut down credit card to stop billing. Just had conversation wit a rep stating that I agreed at the initial purchase and according to "Their terms they have a right to continue to charge me and because she subscribed they are within their right to charge her, as well. Asked for a refund for my subscription and was told no. With customer service like this no wonder the company is struggling!

I have been customer of Nordstrom's for more than 30 years. I purchase a pair of luxury brand shoes and need a different size. Received shoes on 5/27 and sent back and reordered on same day. They received the return shoes on 6/6. On 6/10 I called company about my refund. Was told by CSR that my refund would process after 6/23. I asked why and was told "this is policy". I asked for supervisor and she gave me same talking points. Then she gave me an email that is no longer valid. I them called back and was given another email.and received a "bot" response with same info that my refund will be processed after 6/23 and, that refunds are issued 14 business days after the items are received. I called back to Nordstrom to express my dissatisfaction and inquire of a corp email address; and was told that there is NOT one. They only care about the money. They do not respect customers or customer loyalty. They are no longer at the of the retail chain for customer service. Shop elsewhere!

Used Amazon for years. Great way to shop for quality products at a reasonable price. Customer service is stellar, all efforts are made to resolve Issues immediately.

Ordered charging stand for apple watch in first week in April. Contacted them several times about delivery. Was told each time that item was in transit to me. In May Best buy started selling the product online and in stores. I asked them to cancel my order and I would get from Best Buy and they refused. Contacted Hellonomad again and was sent a tracking number that does not produce any tracking result from the shipping company that is alleged to deliver to me. I contacted them about this and was told thst product would be delivered on June 25. Still no product on June 30. Bank was happy to dispute and reverse the charge. BTW reviews of actual products describe it as a cheap thin piece of twisted metal that will scratch watch. Check out the Mophie stand for Apple watch it is awesome.
