I had a terrible experience with this car company in Dubai, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their customer service. When I contacted them to rent a car, I made it clear that I needed one with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for navigation purposes. They assured me that the car I requested had these features and charged me extra for it. However, when I received the car, it did not have the promised features, making it incredibly difficult to navigate while driving.
Upon complaining and requesting a replacement, they tried to blame us, suggesting that we didn't have the original iPhone and Android cables, even though we did. They eventually sent a replacement car, but it had the same issues, and once again, they placed the blame on us without even testing if the car's features were functioning properly.
To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us additional fees when we requested a complete change of car. Instead of offering a replacement at no cost given the inconvenience we had already gone through, they engaged in fraudulent behaviour by trying to charge us more money.
Throughout this ordeal, I spoke to five different people from the company, and each one gave me conflicting information.
It is extremely frustrating that the car is still with us, and they have refused to answer our calls or even check if we are okay. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company to prevent being scammed. They have zero regard for customer service and safety, as evidenced by their failure to contact us until now. This experience has been beyond appalling. Please beware
