Amuze, Inc (the owner) always tries to misrepresent facts and twist things around about what is reality about his methods. When someone is honest and tries to explain the upside and downside of their methods, Amuze still tries to manipulate and twist things around. Anytime anyone reiterates a truly bad experience, they try to shut you down, and explain away through manipulation. I notice this pattern in every negative post about him. Instead of apologizing he tries to manipulate. Amuze is just another instagram point of sales site that offers Italian products to US customers at slightly reduced prices due to the deduction of the VAT tax. There are many of these out there. Most reputable sites actually post their goods online so that you choose sizes and colors and make a smart decision about what you are buying. You can check back periodically on these sites and determine if you want the item or not, and see when the price is reduced yet again, as that happens frequently. Amuze intentionally avoids this in hopes of pushing customers to make quick decision and only posting photos for 24 hours with limited options, and no way to exchange sizes. Every now and then (in rare occasions) he offers something really good, but mostly the same deals are available elsewhere. Shipping in my experience is slower than other sites. The same products can be ordered at lower prices on Italist, Cettire and other sites and are shipped with much more dependability and tracking options. They offer returns, but exchanges for the right size is impossible, you can only return and hope he posts the right size sometime in the future. Many other sites offer exchanges on merchandise if size is wrong or product is damaged. I saw a purse for sale on this site, that they failed to sell at one of their pop ups, and it was damaged. I know it was damaged because I saw it at the pop up and told my daughter not to buy the damaged product. It was the only Bottega Veneta chain Cassette bag in Chalk left at the pop up and was very beat up. I am not mistaken as I am aware he tried to sell this bag for "his" full price. When I saw them trying to sell it online again, I asked about the damaged product, and they insisted it was being sold as is without warning that the product was damaged. Their reply was "it is sold". Rather a flipped attitude. After thinking about their not so appropriate response to me they did say they would work with the customer if they complained. I note in reviews many people have received damaged goods from them, and as usual the owner of Amuze tries to make it sound like it was the customer's fault.
They spend a lot of time posting photos of themselves spending money and traveling, and about all the stupid mistakes he made in business. Not sure what their motivations are. It really takes away from the merchandise and no one really wants to look at a short skinny guy hocking goods. They do sell luxury products at slightly reduced prices. However there are downsides (please read all of the reviews that discuss the downsides that he denies). One package I received clearly had misstated values on it- I assume that was to avoid paying duties upon entry to the U.S. Regarding another package I received, I was sent the duty bill to pay myself. However the company paid the duties after I sent them the bill. It appears they try to get away with not paying the duties and then pay it if it becomes an issue. Given the mistakes this guy admits making in business, it appears he is doing it on purpose.

His most recent giveaway is a $108,000 Maserati Modena Levante. First of all, any Maserati dealer will discount these cars, as they don't sell that quickly and Maserati makes too many of them. Maserati also needs to update their line but that's another story. What he does not tell his customers is when he does a giveway- they get hit with the tax bill, he provides no warning. The Federal and state taxes can be anywhere from $30,000 to $40,000 on that giveaway, and he does not disclose this in any manner. Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you compare prices for the same merchandise you see on Amuze, Inc. You can typically find the same item on other more reliable sites that allow you to exchange sizes and take responsibility for damaged goods rather than blaming the customer or shaming them publically as the owner of AmuzeInc frequently does.
