After being a loyal customer, i had an issue with my last order. I received my order and was so excited, when I finally took it out to wear for the first time I noticed a strange round spot on the bag. (Was exactly a week after I received it, so I'm still in their 2 weeks policy of being able to return/exchange the item). Never worn or used.
When contacting AMUZE, About the damaged bag they sent me, they turned me into a liar and said it was impossible! This was extremely strange that I was being treated this way, with no regard and my request was being denied. They constantly lie and twist things around so your not able to return anything to them! Very shady and terrible customer service. I've never been treated this way before. I'm completely disgusted. Will never order again. Lesson learned, will only order from department stores where your treated fairly.
