Happy to order from costco because I don't have to deal with the crowds in the store and I've been happy to get my delivery faster than expected. Also, if you aren't happy you can return it to the store instead of mailing it back if you want which is really handy.

One thing about this company is that the prices are very high not a problem if you're getting something very special but now that I know their return policy I will never buy from them again. When buying a product from them for example face cream I noticed when I got home that there was no safety seal on the product ensuring that it could not be tampered with. When speaking with someone that worked at one of their stores I found out that when returns are made on face cream or body wash etc. they are placed back on the store shelf at full price. Customers then purchase products paying huge prices not knowing that they may be buying something that had already been used by someone else first and there are no safety assurances that the product hasn't been tampered with while it was out of the store. This made me very uncomfortable I don't want to buy something that a random stranger has already used in their home. Now when shopping in any store I make sure there are tamper proof tops on any products I buy.

My family has used Amazon Canada to place numerous orders. Some of the products are sold through Amazon some are sold through other vendors. We try to make sure the products we order are done through Amazon because they always back the products. Anytime we haven't been satisfied with an order we have contacted Amazon and they have always fixed the problem right away without any hassle or wait. We have always been very happy with how fast we have received our order or received a refund for an order we weren't happy with. 99% of the time we have been very happy with our orders but knowing the refund or exchange process is so simple makes us always feel confident placing an order plus the prices are amazing!

Wording of their ad clearly was meant to confuse the customer on the cost. Thinking I was ordering their product for a special deal of $43 I decided to buy their product. When I put in my information and credit card it came up thank you for shopping your total is $209. No chance to cancel or change your order. From all I've read this is very shady business practice. When I called the 888 phone number with no response I felt my money might be lost so I wrote their company numerous letters making sure they knew I wouldn't stop until I had a 100% refund. Thankfully today I got a response saying my refund would be in 3 to 5 days hopefully this nightmare is over. Remember if you feel taken advantage of don't give up.
