I was double charged accidentally and when I tried (within minutes) to cancel one of the orders I was told they could not cancel it because the warehouse already had the orders. I cancelled my membership and account, I was then charged the following month. Terrible company. Terrible service. They do seem good products but just buy them from amazon and save the hassle. FYI they will always promote crap you do not want, buyer beware
