I ordered a Christmas gift for my friend on 12/10. Guaranteed delivery before Christmas (according to website) I am still waiting (Its 12/27). Delivery transit now states January 2nd. It is still sitting in California and I am waiting. Not so patiently, here in PA. Super disappointed. They did refund my shipping, but I will never order from them again. I get it, it's the holiday rush, so I expect a bit of a delay, but almost a month from order to receipt is not cool. I would've purchased a different custom item from a different company. Super disappointed. First and Last time ordering
