This site is beautiful, the products are lovely and would be worth buying. But unfortunatley anything and everything from their Chinese warehouse gets lost at sea apparently. Attempted to speak to customer service, got a halfhearted forum response that was seemingly positive. Have yet to hear from China EMS, or a supervisor despite claiming an item was shipped, getting a non working tracking number. How is it that the one item I want ships from China? Use at your own risk.
Tip for consumers:
Don't, you'd be better off looking on the anime section of deal extreme, it may have lead paint and tears on it, but you will at least get your item.
