I was very excited to place an order with this company for a Christmas present for my brother who was interested in getting into lock picking however it has been over a month and I still have yet to receive my order. I emailed in the second week of December and got a prompt reply saying that no guarantees could be made on delivery time but that a refund could be made if desired. As I really wanted to get the product I asked that they continue with the order. After a few more back and forth via email, I was promised the item would ship "in the next few days" starting on December 20th. Obviously, a hectic time with the holidays and the supply chain issues but multiple promises being broken is no way to do business. In my last email, I asked for shipping confirmation by next week or a refund. Still very hopeful to receive the product as the reviews I have read from those who have received it are very good.

Hello Conor - That's a shame we got a negative review from you, but I certainly understand your frustration, and we have offered you an immediate refund as soon as you contacted us. With the supply chain issues and staff sick with Covid, it has been a really challenging time, especially over the very busy Christmas period. It's particularly upsetting because we are lock pickers too and are very passionate about lock picking - especially people buying beginners kit who are obviously new to the amazing art of lock picking. The good news is, the stock you're waiting for arrived today and once it's received into inventory it will be dispatched, so probably midweek. Once you've received your order, should you wish to make a further purchase with us, email us first and ask to speak to Chris (me, the owner) and I'll make you a significant discount code by way of compensation. And remember, we're always available for lock picking advice, if you have any questions about tools or techniques.
