PROGRESSIVE AUTO INSURANCE & MITCHELL'S ESTIMATING SYSTEM
Got insurance progressive Auto about 5 years ago my policy started out at $90 a month for full coverage after the first tire blowout and rack insurance went up $10. About 6 months later I had a ball joint of defective break and I ran into the guard rail and ended up 150 ft out in the field. Police report said accident was no fault in line or the environment and it was cuz of the defective breaking device or unit. However after I say of and not being my fault progressive still says it's my fault eight months later. Progressive lied about coverage and told me that my coverage will not cover the guardrail and I have if I did not take blame. After that end up getting a new car got the truck and the car had some hail damage when the last storm we had so they lied and said that it had prior health damage which it did not to try to divert me from filing a claim. And then they offered almost $2,000 below international offer which took 8 months to mediate. After 8 months they made me pull many sources to get quotes and deny them every time on a system called Mitchell's which is biased towards progressive. Mitchell's allows progressive to put in deductions and change itemizations and change all options where they can control the price of the car. Then to add Mitchell's is owned by insight which at the bottom of insight it says the terms agreement is that the product is not to be used for any commercial use with progressive insurance is it for commercial use. Upon the incident of the hell damage and I'm bringing up a prior claim which there was not the adjuster went and looked up the owner of a car on Facebook and found her sent her a message and I guess confronted her about the hell damage which was said there was none as I said. So they pretty much stocked ex owner of the car which had nothing to do to claim and tractor down on Facebook and contacted her. Whenever conversating all they gave was a screenshot of a car and Lady's first name so they had to go through individually until they found her. Progressive already said to be undervalient customers as I did on my truck before the car which I would not correct, same as decision saying the wreck with my phone which took my insurance from $90 to $221 a month. Not at all because progressive is as my fault and will not fix it or correct the wrongful accusations or commit proper investigation to conduct all the facts. Do not go through progressive not trust them as I did it was the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life one of them two of them three of them but I've had several insurance companies and progressive is the worst and most corrupt company I have ever dealt with. I even compiled a complaint with Indiana department of insurance then they lied to and they took their side and dismiss their case while they still made me and progressive mediate things.

Buyers beware I still feel almost victimized

1.bought alternator for 1995 GMC Sierra with in a week it spun off the bolt, and the pulley came off along with the serpentine belt. O'Riley in greencastle would not bring one 4.7miles away, tow truck was gonna take 3 hours so had call one and cost me 110$ for tow to O'Riley's. Where they replaced it. However 2 before that one failed I'm 2 weeks, talked to another customer whom had same issue with alternator failing.
Bought new tired and ball joint ball joint failed 3xs and had replace tie rod 3xs from where was bent from the ground impact as the nut came off the ball joint stud. Intially the new ball joint I bought the counter but had issues going one so had but another. But nut came off stud 2 xs the 3rd truck veered off the road into a 10 foot revine after ended up 150 foot out in a field with my face ripped open. Had be rushed to intensive care from blood loss where spent day and half to finally be released with 15 stitches in my face. Tried speak O'Riley's whom wanted me turn part over to manufacture cause even though they sold it they try say had no liability cause hidden clauses in the bottom page in terms and warranty. I filled complaint bbb and O'Riley tried shrug it off and say they had no responsibility in it even though they sold it. The issues were reported nhtsa whom ignored it after the same thing happened on my last vehicle 2004 Chevy 4.3 the hub split 3 times, the ball joint nut came off newer 2004 dodge ram. Took part to employees at O'Riley's whom admitted to it being bad, ins company said couldn't believe a dangerous part has not been recalled. Have gotten bad fuel pumps, tps, ball joints, tie rods, egr a few times. At this point no sympathy or remorse has been given toward their part almost ending my life by failing. So they have no disregard for customers after selling cheap parts, have no will to stand behind the items they sale if they fail they do not care they blame the manufacturer, employees being auto parts employees would think now stuff but most are average Joe know nothing except what computer says, if you need help or something after a defective part don't be anticipating a hand, hide their clauses when Indiana statues say it must be on the main page in font that can be seen by a average person to know it was there, but if not becomes void and null... was their reasoning for not helping. Still in process of pursuing yet not ignorant and gona give the only thing have to them to send to manufacture to toss in the incenerator and say yeap

Do not trust the parts or expertise as most them have no idea what they are saying...

Was in wreck but right before had dropped the items listed in pics off. Well it took me time to heal and get everything back to good. So on the dayh they read a text and did nit respond. So I call v.m full! Then send another message and that's when the convo in pics was started telling me was taking all my things, no payment or compensation just straight taking or in statues stealing them. They didn't even kniw how many days been there cause said dropped them off a day they was not buying yet always buying. Which Is phishing and luring peep in. On the sign says not buying... but on site says always buying anything. They had no sympathy or remorse over my life almost being taken and 15 stiches in my face. This place is in my 'opinion' a legal theif as well as a the items to others whon have no idea. People collect things cause sentimental value so no only did they have no real concern the had no compassion and remorse...and that's pretty dark for the human soul even.update have filed bbb complaintvyet buis is being fallacious and making up stiff as well as thir recollection of dates are completely incorrect. I had no remorse toward this place and thaught they were caring and compassionate by allowing me time to get up there after a wrwck.but wait was wrong now they will not return them or compensate me for the items...go to somewhere else.anywhere else!

Do not trust them, their offers are not highest around rather the lowest, and what they have done is very unethical amd immoral on their behalf smh

Bought few items, took payment, then wasn't shipped so emailed them and they said contact seller whom said they closed up months ago but bonaza would not close their store. So they said issued a refund back cause like said they did not use site anymore. But instead getting a refund notice I got another charge like the first.so either they're scamming people or taking the refunds!

Horrible place if its even real and full of other 3 rd party scammers 62$ between 2 places and it was them a place on their site do nit use be ware
