I've tried purchasing an E-gift card TWICE & it says it instantly goes to your email. They have cancelled it BOTH times with no explanation, even though the funds have been taken from my account. I called customer support and spoke with Tori and she was rude as $#*!, first of all, and then claimed that it didn't match the account even though the $250 has been removed and said there's nothing she can do! Absolutely makes NO sense and I'm VERY dissatisfied with this experience! Absolutely pathetic!
