I switched from ATT to Sprint. The incentive was: cut your bill in half, plus $200 credit plus up to $350 per line, plus trade in additional phones for credit. This company has a limit of credits it will give your account monthly- even if your bill has an error. I have never done business with such an un-business like company. However, if you want to call and talk about your feelings, these reps can spend hours mirroring what you say to them-don't expect to receive the great deal your were promised I am on month 7 and think my credit for phones is not coming at all. ATT would have paid $400 for them...
