They were one of the worst company experiences in my life. All the awards they post can't be true. Days later and my son is still talking about how rude they were to us.
Their system asked me to push #3 for what I needed. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, it disconnected. I called back a second time and the same process occurred again. I then called back a third time and pushed #1. Hoping to get a hold of someone. After 15-20 min someone answered. We both answered, "hello" and they immediately hung up on us. I called back a fourth time. Someone answered in 5 min. I sounded upset and began explaining what was occurring. Rudely they interrupted and continued to do so. When I was done speaking after I repeatedly asked them to stop interrupting, they said there is no one to answer extension #3. It has been shut down since COVID hit. The attitude from the rep was that I should just known and not have selected it. I said, why have it as an option? How am I supposed to know I am not to select it? They said the rep hung up because there wasn't an answer. I said, we answered. There was no apology for anything. Just attitude. I then said what part we needed. The rep then snapped and said, what do you need? I replied, I just told you what I needed. They then interrupted and said, if you won't tell me what you need and you keep acting like this, I will hang up. I replied, I told you what we needed. Before I finished, they hung-up. My son began laughing at them. He said, you told them what you needed. I called back time #5. This rep was kind but informed me they don't have the part. What a stressful waist of an hour. Why abuse people who are trying to give you business? Save yourself the stress.
