I ordered a Crosswinds All-Terrain Freedom Mobile Chair November 2022 to help transport friends with disabilities to go surfing. I received my order and informed Customer Service the polyurethane tires were missing. They request my Order number which I gave them, RM 23701. They confirmed it was not included and stated it would be shipped. After countless email exchanges, I still haven't received it. I like the chair so far but I'm VERY DISSATISFIED with their integrity and lack of support!

Ordered a traction belt for physical therapy and they sent the wrong item. It didn't match at all what was depicted on the website. Talked to customer service and they told me I can't get a refund for a hygiene product, when traction belts are not that type of product. I called several times to get some kind of help and left several voice mails and no one new what they were doing. Definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

On 22June. Attention Buyer, when u order from Rehab Mart, You wont receive what u want, You also need to pay extra, their mistake if u request back your colours, Is so ridiculous. The colours u choose from their sample and model u order, Wood paint are not complete done, The sales lady at Chinatown brand by the name *.Her speaking Tone was so poor, shouting talking! This was my first terrible sales experience.

I was so happy to get a car seat that would keep my daughter in her chair while driving. But as soon as I got it and put my daughter in it I realized it would not work for her, even though she was the right weight and height. I called the store and they said to donate the brand new chair that cost more than a month's income to the poor and no refunds because it was touched by her skin? I went back to the website and realized all their reviews were closed so you can't review them even though they show at least 50 5 star reviews?

The items I received were not only missing parts but several of them were broken, I've tried to be patient but all they do is ignore you not return your phone calls and refer you to an email that nobody responds too. I would never under any circumstances do business with this company because all you'll get is broken parts and it'll be your problem now.
Ordered handheld ultrasound device. Looked obviously used and did not work. Then refused to reimburse me for the defective machine. My Visa is the only way I received reimbursement. Grade F for this company
Absolutely the worst company ever! We have being trying to get a new remote for my husband lift bed for 6 months now! I have being sending pictures of the remote and the bed! Being talking to so many people, they keep on asking questions asking for pictures etc…. This is just unbelievable! I though this company helps disable people? Omg they don't really care if you are disabled needing help! You can forget about that! Please if any of you need to purchase items, please try a different company you don't want to go through what I am experiencing with this company! Believe me! Absolutely awful! In the meantime I still don't have a new remote and my husband is struggling sleeping on a recliner! Unbelievable! Omg!

I paid nearly $400 for a toy for my daughter I then received the wrong toy one that was advertised $100 less than what I paid (both online and in a magazine I received in my package). I called to get this corrected and was told that the only way I could get this returned was to email an email address. They then made excuses and when I offered to keep the item I received as long as I was refunded the additional amount I paid. I was then explained that they would make any money doing that. I will never order from them again. Not only were they unprofessional they were rude and less than helpful.

Pedro was very efficient and helpful on getting me the information and link that I needed to order my shower buddy backrest I was having a hard time looking it up to find it myself so I appreciate his fast service and you guys are awesome thank you
So, I understand the requirement of not returning an item once its open because of contamination but how is one to review the item they bought unless its opened? I bought a sling that was supposed to be for a shower on the hoyer lift, it was not what was shown in the picture. It was also 367 dollars. I had to open it to view it, now it cannot be returned. Their analogy is that if you open a soda its not contaminated and cannot be returned. No, its that they don't want to it because now its dipped into their pockets and their profits. So, please be cautious of this company if you are buying anything particularly a sling.

Be careful in what you purchase here. If its not what you wanted and you open the package, they will either charge you a 30% restocking fee or they will say its contaminated because the package was opened.

I needed help ordering a specialty chair for inpatient use, and had great support and help from Pedro on the chat. It was nice to have such personalized attention and rapid response.

Buyer beware! I ordered a Kaye walker and was advised via Chat to order a walker that was way too big for my daughter. You cannot exchange and they charge a 30% restocking fee. I contacted them immediately and the walker was never used. Their "customer service" is a one woman show who is rude and does nothing to accommodate customers. After "reviewing" my chat, they said I'm wrong and pretty much out of luck. They did reduce restock fee to 15%, which is still unacceptable. I will donate the walker before I give extra money to these scumbags, but do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I'm also fairly confident website review are fraudulent-if you search this company on 3rd party sites, it is bad news!
I ordered a $300 shower seat, and can't seem to get an update on it. It was to ship in 7-10 days, but nothing!. I emailed them, no response. I called and stayed on hold over an hour and no one ever answered.
This company is dishonest. My mother has Parkinson's Disease and is not able to use the cane my father purchased her because she says it's heavy and she can't manage it. They have a 30 day return policy and they are denying the refund (the request for the refund was made before the 30 days) because they claim a cane is a hygiene product. Ridiculous! If you open the box, how can you try out the product to see if it is something that you can actually use. The representative said once you open the box, you can't return that. That's deceitful. How can you try the product to see if it would be helpful to you? I find their business practice appalling and dishonest.
We have placed order and paid on 21/8, when we asked them by live chat serval times for tracking number, they said they will email to us. But we did not receive any email for tracking number. We sent email and call them serval times but we got no reply as well. Almost 3 weeks... but we don't know our order was shipped or not. What can we do...?
I bought a $700 swivel tek chair for my elderly mom. The website 'ad' says in multiple places how easy it is to use and it can be used independent of a care giver. The problem is that is wrong: if you have an elderly person with poor strength (who else would need this chair?) the lever is hard for them to operate. The strength to squeeze the level is signifciant, and additional the user needs to have the necessary coordination and strength in the other hand (and use it concurrently with using the lever) to unlock the swivel mechanism and swivel the chair. The video makes it look easy. It's not. The company is charging me a large restocking fee AND i have to pay to ship it back. That, plus an officious returns person who just states the 'policy' repeatedly, makes me not want to deal with them ever again. To boot: the chair came without the key screws attached so the connection between the chair and the swivel hardware is loose. I assume the 4th screw of 4 holding it together has a purpose. They are ignoring my complaint. Go elsewhere.

Another company that does not make good for their product because of their returns. Product is not worth the price and they refuse to make any concessions for returns that were unopened. Screwed again!
Don't buy on line any products for Senior Citizens. We always get screwed. The return process even thru the credit card is really a hassle because, you must send paper receipts plus insure the paperwork thru the USPS. Beware

They were one of the worst company experiences in my life. All the awards they post can't be true. Days later and my son is still talking about how rude they were to us.
Their system asked me to push #3 for what I needed. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, it disconnected. I called back a second time and the same process occurred again. I then called back a third time and pushed #1. Hoping to get a hold of someone. After 15-20 min someone answered. We both answered, "hello" and they immediately hung up on us. I called back a fourth time. Someone answered in 5 min. I sounded upset and began explaining what was occurring. Rudely they interrupted and continued to do so. When I was done speaking after I repeatedly asked them to stop interrupting, they said there is no one to answer extension #3. It has been shut down since COVID hit. The attitude from the rep was that I should just known and not have selected it. I said, why have it as an option? How am I supposed to know I am not to select it? They said the rep hung up because there wasn't an answer. I said, we answered. There was no apology for anything. Just attitude. I then said what part we needed. The rep then snapped and said, what do you need? I replied, I just told you what I needed. They then interrupted and said, if you won't tell me what you need and you keep acting like this, I will hang up. I replied, I told you what we needed. Before I finished, they hung-up. My son began laughing at them. He said, you told them what you needed. I called back time #5. This rep was kind but informed me they don't have the part. What a stressful waist of an hour. Why abuse people who are trying to give you business? Save yourself the stress.

I would love to give this company a minus 5. The worst experience I have ever come across with any company. My order comes though, does not fit. You can NOT return without RMA # so I tried and had to leave message on machine 3 times with no call back from return department for a RMA #. I called customer service at least 6 times, finally get a answer - Macy (must be working from home) answered with tv and background noise so bad, and not saying anything until I spoke Hello about 4 times. Macy says she can not do anything except tell me to go on line. There is not an link for the address she gave me to use for returns. Oh, and she told me I would be better off just keeping my item because I would not get much money back from them anyway. I called customer, Macy answered saying her supervisor was gone for day. Finally talked to supervisor Christa (3rd day trying, but don't waste your time. You will only be told what you heard (you did not hear) and it is all others fault of what happened. Her people are the only ones who is doing anything right in this small company. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from Rehabmart again. OH, I forgot to tell you that even though it says returns with RMA. Christa NOW tells me they can't except any returns of my mattress, even though it is still in same plastic and box it came in. No use at all. Christa says their return policy is long but we should read all fine print. Funny thing for a supervisor to say. Oh well, I will not recommend ANYONE to PURCHASE anything from REHABMART. MINUS 5 for sure
