I place an order last week and paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it for my daughters practice. I got an email and trackign that it was sent Thursday. With two shipping, and it being UPS, I expected to have it Sat. Instead it's scheduled to be here Tuesday. When I went to call I sat on hold (5 times now) for 20 minutes only for an automated voice to tell me no one is available and to please call back. Never again. Should have just stuck with Amazon.
