Ordered on 7/18/23 from a seller names Famess for a bottle of Zupoo. Never got any Information after 2 days of order. Contacted ecrater team and they got a tracking number from seller. We'll the tracking number was a BOGUS tracking number to a different condo as per UPS customer service and photo of delivery and not my apartment. So far 7 emails to ecrater for a resolution and they haven't responded. How do you do that to customers? This is fraud and nobody seeks to care. Horrible
